Who Can Apply

  • Incoming Grade 7 students only
  • Graduates of Grade 6 from public or private elementary schools
  • Students willing to undergo the screening and selection process
  • Transferees starting Grade 8 are NOT accepted
  • Transferring out of CSHSB is allowed, subject to DepEd policies

Admission Requirements

Enrollees must submit the following :

  • PSA Birth Certificate (Photocopy)
  • Grade 6 Report Card / SF9
  • Certificate of Good Moral Character
  • Two (2) recent 2×2 ID pictures

Additional requirements may be announced by the school during the admission period.
